Virtual height check tonight 7:30pm for Scottish National Taekwondo Championships – MUST WEAR – Dobok Trousers and T-Shirt : Roadworks in Armadale, please make sure you allow extra time for traffic, failing to do virtual height check, will mean you have to travel to motherwell for one on friday!

NO CLASSES TOMORROW AT ARMADALE Instructers travelling to to Spain to train at the itf International Course . All classes back on Monday as normal
