BREAKING NEWS FROM THE IIC IN SARDINIA…
It is with great pleasure and pride that I get to announce that Master Robin Blair and Master David Lupton have officially gained promtion at the 181st ITF IIC in Cagliari, Sardinia.
Master Lupton becomes Scotlands newest 7th Degree whilst Master Blair has been promoted to 8th Degree. The pair were 2 of 8 that graded under the ITF Board yesterday, presided over by Grand Master Hector Marano, its noted that GM Marano has already commented on their ‘Very Good Examination’.
It’s been a long road to promotion for both Masters, who have prepared alongside some of the best Martial Artists in Scotland, we would like to Thank Grand Master Gordon Wallace, Master Mark Hutton and Master Jamie Campins for giving up their time and sharing their knowledge.
Special thanks to Master David McNairn who as well as being a budding mentor also travelled to Sardinia to support Master’s Blair & Lupton at their Grading and was on hand to present them with new belts and doboks after their respective promotions… Just as well they smashed the grading.
Well done and congratulations to Master Robin Blair 8th Degree and Mr David Lupton 7th Degree, we look forward to seeing you when you get home.
